The contest is open to all individuals who have signed up to Weople starting from September 21st 2018. It can be announced to the public starting from March 1st 2019.

Prizes to be awarded are described in the “PRIZES” paragraph.
Prizes will be considered unassigned/not validated (therefore they will be assigned to the first available reserve) in the following cases :
Winners will be notified with a communication via app or by the e-mail address provided during the registration.
In order to confirm the winnings, winners should return the prize’s acceptance form (duly completed and signed) within 10 days upon receipt of the communication. If the winner is a minor, the document must be filled in and signed by a parent/legal tutor.
In the case of a missing, untimely or incomplete prize acceptance, the prize goes to the first available reserve, who has to comply with the same acceptance procedure.

Prizes will be delivered by post or courier to the specified address, within 180 days from the contest closure in accordance with D.P.R. n.430/2001 – art. 1, comma 3.
From March 1st to March 25th 2019, users who have regularly registered to Weople could receive a 5 Euros Amazon gift card for inviting 5 friends to sign up to Weople.

Please remember that the participant data shall match with both the data entered at the time of the registration to Weople and on the identity document. Multiple registrations, by the same individual, to both Weople and the contest are not allowed.
A violation of what specified in the previous paragraph leads to the exclusion from the contest and, compatibly with Weople terms of service, to the cancellation of all the related accounts. The verification can be carried out during prize convalidation or before its delivery.
All the appropriate procedures will be adopted by the Promoter in order to reduce the risk of fraudulent alteration of contest participation mechanisms such as: Wecoins generation and assignment, participants identification and relevant categories, as specified in the previous section “How to the enter the contest”.
Internal procedures will avoid winnings without random criteria. The Promoter will provide details of the registration procedure in the profile database of those who have the right to enter the contest and the relevant technical documentation.
The contest server is based in Italy. The Promoter declares that adequate and preventive security measures have been taken for data protection purposes.
Users who have won a prize using methods that avoid randomness and that by unquestionable judgement of the Promoter or third parties in charge of the contest management seem suspicious and fraudulent, will not receive the prize.
The Promoter or third parties in charge of the contest management, reserve the right to limit and inhibit any attempt to bypass the system and the contest rationale, using the most appropriate methods in compliance with the current laws, reporting to the competent authorities.
The Promoter shall not be liable for incorrect information entered by participants, making the prize hard or impossible to deliver (unreachable user, full or disabled mailbox, spam). It shall also not be liable for any access issues, impediment, malfunction of technical tools due to the User’s device, the phone line, wires, electronic devices, software and hardware, data trasmission, Internet connection that could prevent users to enter the contest.
Under no circumstances can the winner contest the awarded prize, or ask for the corresponding value or for a change/replacement. Nevertheless, in case of inability to deliver the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to replace it with another prize of equal or higher value.
The Promoter reserves the right to modify the contest participation requirements even partly and at any time, by giving an adequate communication, without detrimental changes and preserving the participants’ rights already acquired.
The contest entry and participation involve the knowledge and the unreserved acceptance of this full regulation.

Unclaimed prizes will be devolved to CENTRO BENEDETTA D’Intino Onlus – Milano (MI) - Via Sercognani, 17 - Codice Fiscale: 97140480159.
The operations will be carried out under current legislation as for D.P.R. n. 430 dated 26/10/2001.
The deposit equals 100% of the awarded prizes value plus an estimated 20% for the Operation prizes, as set forth in Art. 7 of D.P.R. 430/2001. It has been paid in favour of the Ministry of Economic Development as a security deposit to protect consumer rights.
The Promoter declares that it waives withholding tax claims in favour of the winners.
The contest participation follows the rules of Weople privacy policy, available for consultation at the following link (https://weople.space/en/privacy) . As far as the prize delivery is concerned, the Promoter may use the available data, taking into account the UE Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
The pre-requisite for participating in this draw requires that the user has completed the registration phase for Weople service and received a minimum amount of credits during its use ("Wecoin").
Weople can be used through the user's browser, or on a portable device and downloaded from their stores (IOS and ANDROID).
Once the application has been downloaded, the user can accumulate Wecoins by following the instructions indicated in the application and in particular:
The total Wecoins totalised by the user, whether active or waiting, will allow to define the levels to which he will participate according to the following scheme:

At the end of the initiative and by 13.12.2018 in the presence of a Notary Public or Consumer Protection and the Public Faith or a delegate of his / her delegates, the manual and random extracts will be carried out. From each of the 4 specially composed lists with the relative probabilities of the users, the following winners and reserves will be extracted:

The winner will be informed with an in-app notification and an email to the email address the user is registered in the app.
In order to validate the winnings, the user must, within 5 days from the communication, send a winning acceptance document duly completed and signed. In the event that the winner is a minor age, the winning acceptance document must also be signed by the parent / guardian
In case of missed, untimely and / or incomplete acceptance, the prize will go to the first available reserve which will have to accept it in the same way and process as the winner.
Prior to submitting the prize, the Company reserves the right to verify compliance with the conditions of participation and the accumulated Wecoin. The Promoting Company reserves the right to replace any reward no longer available on the market with others of similar characteristics and with an economic value equal or higher.
The rewards will be delivered by post or courier to the address indicated by the winner within 180 days from the conclusion of the event in accordance with the D.P.R. n.430 / 2001 - art. 1, paragraph 3.
Please note that the info of the participant must correspond to those indicated in the registration phase of the Weople service and should correspond with their IDs. Multiple online registrations to this competition by the same person are not permitted.
The violation of the provision of the previous paragraph implies the exclusion of the user from the competition and, consistent with the provisions of the Weople Terms of service, the cancellation of all his/her accounts. This control can also take place during the validation of the prize and in any case before the delivery of the reward.
The Promoter is going to adopt appropriate procedures to reduce the risk of fraudulent alteration of the mechanisms of proper participation in the competition, including the generation and collection of the Wecoins, the identification of participants and related categories, as indicated in the previous section "How to take part".
Internal procedures will be aimed at preventing winnings from occurring outside the criteria of randomness. In particular, the Promoter will provide the specifications of the registrations in the database of those entitled to take part in the competition and will produce appropriate technical documentation in this regard.
The server that manages the competition is located in Italy. In this regard, the Promoter declares that it has taken steps to adopt suitable and preventive security measures for data protection.
According to the unquestionable judgment of the Promoter or third parties entrusted by the previous by the Promoter company management, users that are winners with instruments able to circumvent the uncertainty, or otherwise judged in a suspicious, fraudulent, or in violation of the normal of the initiative, they will not be able to enjoy the prize.
The Promoting Company, or the companies entrusted by the same to the management of the competition, reserve the right to proceed, within the terms deemed most appropriate and in compliance with applicable laws, to limit and inhibit any initiative aimed at circumventing the system conceived and the mechanics of the manifestation, sending appropriate notification to the competent Authorities.
The Promoter is not responsible in the event that the participant has entered incorrect contact information or otherwise made it impossible or difficult to achieve the communication of the vitory or the awarding of the prize (e.g. unreachable user, full or not functioning mailbox, recognition of email as spam and so on). The Promoting Company, moreover, for any problem of access, impediment, dysfunction or difficulty concerning the technical instruments, the computer, the telephone line, the cables, the electronics, the software and the hardware, the transmission and the connection, the Internet connection that may prevent a user from entering the competition.
The winner can not contest the prize awarded, nor request the corresponding value in cash or the exchange / replacement, for any reason. However, in the event that the Promoting Company is unable to deliver the won prize, it reserves the right to replace the announced prizes with prizes of equal or greater value.
The Promoting Company reserves the right to modify, even partially and at any time, the modalities of participation in the competition, giving adequate notice, not introducing any negative changes and safeguarding the rights already acquired by the participants.
Registration and participation in the competition involve the knowledge and implicit acceptance by the participant of this regulation in its entirety and without any reservation.
